Ginkgo biloba is a plant species more than 300 million years old, known to live up to 1,000 years old. Ginkgo biloba grows wild in East Asia, especially in China, which is considered the country of origin of the plant.

Ginkgo biloba contains e.g. flavonoids, ginkgolide and bilobalide terpenes. These components help to improve blood circulation, so it may be helpful for a variety of circulatory problems.

Ginkgo biloba extract has been shown in controlled studies to improve memory and alertness in patients with Alzheimer's disease. Ginkgo biloba extract may improve the effectiveness of antidepressants in patients with major depression.

In 1994, the German Commission approved the use of ginkgo biloba for dementia, cataracts, tinnitus and dizziness in the elderly.

Feel Vivid Ginkgo biloba extract powder is very strong, contains 24% flavone glycosides and 6% terpene lactones. The extract also contains tannins, i.e. tanning agents, essential oil, carotenoids, lignans and organic acids.

Manual: Dosage 1/8 teaspoon 2 times a day. For best results, the extract should be used regularly for at least 8 weeks.

Ginkgo biloba extract powder tastes very bitter and works best as tea. Put in warm spring water a teaspoon of pointed ginkgo biloba extract powder, 2 teaspoons of honey and squeeze in a sip of lemon juice.
