Quinoa flakes, organic 600 g

€7.90

(€13.16 Kg)

Quinoa has been cultivated in the Andes for about five thousand years. It was the most important crop of the Incas. Quinoa is a gluten-free plant related to spinach and beetroot. Before corn became widespread, it was also cultivated on the North American side. Quinoa is of interest to Westerners today, especially those with celiac disease, as it is inherently gluten-free.

Thanks to their mild taste, quinoa flakes are suitable for a wide range of cooking. They are commonly used to make porridge in the same way as traditional flakes. Quinoa flakes are also ideal for fresh porridge and baking.
