Solgar® Pantothenic Acid 550 mg contains pantothenic acid, or vitamin B5.
A total of eight different vitamins are included in B vitamins, of which vitamin B5 is found in almost all foods. Pantothenic acid contributes to the release of energy from food carbohydrates, proteins and fats and prevents fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B5 also supports the adrenal glands and is involved in the production of certain hormones and neurotransmitters.
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule daily with meals.
