As we age, the absorption of calcium is reduced and its intake must be secured through a varied diet. Together with a calcium-rich diet and adequate exercise, we can prevent bone loss and the risk of fractures at a later age. When dietary calcium intake is inadequate, a high-quality dietary supplement can increase intake. Solgar Calcium Citrate + Vitamin D3 contains very well absorbed calcium citrate, which is also better suited for sensitive stomachs. Vitamin D3 supports the utilization of calcium in the body and is thus also a very important vitamin for bones.
Dosage: 1-4 tablets a day with meals.

Other ingredients: Fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose), anti-caking agents (silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids), surface treatment agents (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, vegetable glycerol [rapeseed oil]).
