Boron is a mineral found naturally in fruits and vegetables such as apples, grapes, plums, strawberries, avocados and broccoli. Drinking water can also contain small amounts of boron. Boron is especially important for those on a restricted diet.
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule daily with food.
Active ingredients (1 capsule):
Boron (boric acid) 3 mg
Other ingredients: Fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid), shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agents (silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule daily with food.
