Solgar Vitamin B-Complex “100” is a very strong B-vitamin complex to support endurance, from which you get the necessary B-vitamins in the right proportion. B vitamins support energy metabolism and help reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Because B vitamins work together synergistically, it is a good idea to take them as a combination product. Stress and strain increase the need for B vitamins.
Thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 are also involved in the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Other ingredients: Shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica).
Other things to note: Vitamin B6 in high concentrations can cause numbness and tingling in the fingers and toes. If you experience such symptoms, you should stop taking the product. The product is not recommended for continuous use.
