Solgar® Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg is a vitamin-like antioxidant fatty acid that occurs naturally in the body. It is water and fat soluble at the same time and is often used with vitamins C and E.
The body is able to produce small amounts of alpha-lipoic acid, but its production declines in early adulthood. The best additional sources of alpha-lipoic acid are dark green leafy vegetables and a dietary supplement.
Recommended dosage: 1 tablet daily with food.

Other ingredients: filler (microcrystalline cellulose), shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
