Psyllium is a fibrous husk made from a track plant. Psyllium is used especially in gluten-free baking when it brings a dough to the dough that is usually missing from the gluten-free dough.
Our psyllium husk has been tested free of ethylene oxide.
Directions: Use in cooking, baking, smoothing, porridge or yogurt. For gluten-free baking, mix 1-2 tablespoons / liter with warm water and let swell for 10 minutes before adding the flour.
