Foodin’s apple cider vinegar is unpasteurized and made from unfiltered organic apple juice. As a result of natural fermentation, the product contains 5% acetic acid. There is also an important precipitate or “the mother” in the drink. In addition to the traditional unflavoured version, our apple cider vinegar can also be found flavored with organic honey and ginger.
Apple cider vinegar is great for salads and vinaigrettes, as a spice for various casserole dishes and for preserving. Season the oven fish with traditional apple cider vinegar with lemon juice. A sweet drink that supports digestion and promotes intestinal balance is conveniently created by adding 2-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to the carbonated or non-carbonated water.
Store in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight.
