Foodin’s organic lemon juice is made in Sicily. The company operates in the fifth generation and has started operations in the late 19th century in the province of Messina. Lemons are cold-pressed fresh and quickly pasteurized, which does not affect the vitamin c content, but stable the juice microbiologically. One liter of juice contains up to 32 organic lemons.
Once opened, the bottle should be stored in the refrigerator. The recommended shelf life is 7 days, but lemon juice stays well in the refrigerator for up to several weeks.
