Almonds are low in carbohydrates and rich in protein, magnesium, manganese, calcium, iron, zinc, vitamin E and monounsaturated fatty acids.
Organically produced almond flour is made by the Cold Pressing method, the fat it contains is also high quality, unsaturated good fat. Our almonds are organically produced in Spain, so their carbon footprint is significantly smaller compared to California almonds.
Instructions for use: Almond flour is perfect for baking, you can replace 10-20% of the flour you use in baking with almond flour. Almond flour is also excellent for a gluten-free and raw diet.
