Lupine flour is a naturally gluten-free flour made from sweet lupine, which is rich in high-quality vegetable protein, fiber, unsaturated fatty acids and minerals.
The peeled lupine seeds used in the flour come from Dutch organic farms. The flour is lightly roasted, this gives the flour a delicious taste. As a plant, sweet lupine is effective in nitrogen fixation and improves soil.
