Karin Softwood extract drink is a rich and easily absorbed drink made from the bark and nil of young organic pines, which gives the body the nutrients and antioxidants it needs.
The drink was soon made for 50 years on the Koski farm in Siikainen and has gained a reputation as a legendary health product among drink users. The great popularity comes from the exceptionally strong antioxidant effect derived from the phenolic compounds contained in the beverage.
The phenolic compounds are derived from the pine bark layer used as raw material. The purpose of the compounds is to protect the plant from, for example, the sun's UV radiation, viruses, bacteria and pests. These compounds are therefore most abundant in and immediately below the bark of plants.
According to university studies, the total amount of phenolic compounds identified in one deciliter of Karin Softwood extract drink is up to 48.9 mg. Of the phenolic compounds, the drink is found to contain the most resveratrol and catechin.
Instructions for use: The softwood extract drink is consumed 1–4 dl per day.
It is recommended to take the drink first in the morning and about an hour during the day before eating.
