The wonderfully soft organic cashew paste is gently ground in a stone mill from selected, unroasted cashews. It is a creamy, full-bodied paste gently ground at low temperatures (below 40 ° C).
Cashew paste is excellent for e.g. dipping sauces, on top of bread or smoothies, and other cooking to bring creaminess. Cashew oil may rise to the surface, so stir before use. Remains open for 3 months.
