Recommended dosage:

Internally:

5-10 drops at most 5 times a day, e.g. mixed with warm liquid or soaked in a lump of sugar.

In vapor inhalation:

Add 10 drops / 1 dl of hot water and inhale the steam.

Externally:

Apply to stressed areas several times a day.

10 drops (0.5 ml) = 0.46 g.

Do not apply to irritated skin.
