The product's fructooligosaccharides enhance the absorption and utilization of magnesium in the body.
Magnesium bisglycinate is a highly bioactive and efficiently absorbed form of magnesium even for those with low stomach acids. In this form, magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine (glycine in a ratio of 2: 1 to magnesium). For people who need to enjoy large daily doses, this form is the most gentle as it does not cause stomach irritation as a side effect.
