To make sure that you are getting the strongest shiitake extract we’ve developed the Extraction 2.0 method - this includes hot water and alcohol extraction with Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction.
Mushroom cell walls are made of chitin, a natural fibrous substance indigestible in the human gut. The chitin cell walls can be partially broken down with alcohol. We are using industry leading Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology. With the combination of water, alcohol and UAE we are able to draw water soluble and alcohol soluble compounds out of the mushrooms. The UAE method of extraction allows us to extract the important compounds of shiitake more effectively and enhance the bioavailability of the Compounds of Interest in our mushroom tinctures.
Therefore, extraction is fundamental in creating pure and potent mushroom extracts.

Where do your mushrooms come from?
Organic shiitake is grown in Southern Finland on Finnish birch substrate. The substrate is FSC or PEFC certified for our commitment to sustainable forest practises.

Instructions for use: 2 ml per day. A pipette’s full straight under the tongue or in coffee, tea, smoothie.
