Delivery to Finland
Feel Vivid offers its customers fast and free transfers for orders over 79 €. For orders under € 79, we charge € 3.90 - € 4.90 for delivery costs per order, depending on whether the order is sent by letter or as a package.
We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. If the delivery is not successful due to force majeure, eg delivery difficulties of the supplier or transport company, the customer is asked to contact Sobat Oy and the problem will be clarified on a case-by-case basis. Smaller orders are shipped in an envelope or shipping box that fits in a standard standard-sized mailbox. If the order does not fit in the mailbox, it will be picked up at the Post's pick-up point chosen by the customer. Larger orders are sent as a postal package to the Post's pick-up point chosen by the customer, and they usually arrive within 1-2 working days. Smaller items delivered with daily mail will usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Orders over € 149 will be delivered free of charge at the agreed time to your door.
Deliveries to the Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)
Orders under 500g can be sent by letter or package. The price of a shipment that goes by letter is € 3.90. Letter delivery time is 2-3 working days.
The price of the postal package is € 5.90 for orders under € 150. Free delivery to the Baltic countries for all orders over € 150. Delivery time for postal packages is 2-3 working days.
Deliveries to Sweden and Germany
Orders under 500g can be sent by letter or package. The price of a shipment that goes by letter is € 3.90. Letter delivery time is 4-6 working days.
The price of the postal package is € 7.90 for orders under € 150. Free delivery to Sweden and Germany for all orders over € 150. Delivery time for postal packages is 2-4 working days.
Deliveries to other EU countries
Orders under 500g can be sent by letter or package. The price of a shipment that goes by letter is € 3.90. Delivery time for letters is 5-10 working days.
The price of the postal package is € 9.90 for orders under € 150. Free delivery to EU countries for all orders over € 150. Delivery time for postal parcels is 3-7 working days.
From 1 October 2017, Posti will retain parcels for only 7 days at all its pick-up points. Unclaimed packets are then returned to the sender. If the package is not picked up during this time, it will be returned to the sender.
An unclaimed shipment is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act. In such cases, we will automatically charge € 20.00 for postage and handling in connection with the refund. If your order has not been collected, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to a typographical, typographical or technical problem. Our offers are valid only as long as there is enough stuff.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or wish to return a product to us. If you would like to return it to us, please send it to the return address below within 14 days of delivery. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened products.
The contents of the shipment should be checked immediately upon delivery. If the contents of the package do not correspond to the order or the products have been broken during transport, this must be reported immediately.
Broken products should be photographed and sent to asiakaspalvelu(at)feelvivid.fi.
Customer returns must always be agreed in advance. All salable products have a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in which case the customer receives a refund for the product they have purchased. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed to the customer.
